Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 April 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Plenishd uses cookies and similar storage on plenishd.co.uk (this marketing website). For how the Plenishd mobile app handles your data, see our Privacy Policy.

We have written this policy to be short, plain, and honest — because that's how cookie policies should be.

2. The short answer

The plenishd.co.uk marketing website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no third-party advertising. We do not need a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If we ever change this — for example, by adding privacy-friendly analytics — we will update this policy first and add an opt-in banner before any new cookies are set.

3. What we do store

The website may use a small number of strictly-necessary technologies to function correctly:

PurposeWhat it isLifetime
Site renderingNext.js framework runtime statePer-request, not persistent
Browser preferencesYour operating system's prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme settingsRead-only — we do not set these

Strictly-necessary technologies are exempt from cookie consent under UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive — they are required to deliver a service the user has explicitly asked for.

4. What we do not do

We do not, on this website:

  • Set analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, etc.)
  • Use advertising or remarketing pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.)
  • Use session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.)
  • Share data with third-party data brokers
  • Fingerprint your device

If you use a network inspector or a tool like the EFF's Privacy Badger, you should see no third-party requests apart from the fonts and images served from fontshare.com and googleapis.com (CSS/font resources only — these providers do not receive personal data from this site beyond the IP address required to serve the file).

5. Embedded content

If we embed content from a third party in the future (for example, a YouTube tutorial on a help page), that third party may set its own cookies. We will mark such embeds clearly and offer a "click to load" placeholder so nothing is loaded from a third party until you decide to view it.

At the time of this policy's last update, no third-party embeds are present on this website.

6. Mobile app

Cookies are a web-browser concept and do not apply to the Plenishd mobile app. For details on app-side data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
